I'm moving this one into my "Probably Dead" category. It's been down for a week (See the "Uptime Report" above).

This one works perfectly. The sign-up script ran without a hitch, and the account was created within minutes. The sign-up captchas are a little hard to read and contain some non-English words, so you may have to cycle through a few to find one that you can read OK. Emails arrived promptly and contained all the necessary account details.

The FTP server works fine, although one of my FTP clients (FileZilla) had to be manually set to not try to use UTFS. My other FTP client (FTPCommander) figured this out automatically.

HTML pages are served quickly with no hidden ads or scripts (stats, analytics, urchins, etc.) to slow down page loading. PHP/MYSQL work fine.

I almost took one rating point off for not having any easily visible email address displayed. The registration emails are sent from a "no-reply" address. I finally found a "real" email address on the provider's Forum page, and it brought an immediate response from a real human being when I tested it. Routine "support" is handled through the Forum. The tips and tutorials on the forum are particularly good.
